In September, the official unemployment rate remained unchanged and amounted to 1.5%, the State Statistics Service reported.
According to the State Statistics Service, as of October 1, 2012, the State Employment Service registered 0.416 million unemployed people.
As of September 1, 0.427 million unemployed citizens of Ukraine were registered.
A number of unemployed receiving the state aid in September amounted to 292.4 thousand people. This month, the average benefit for one unemployed person numbers 948 hryvnia.
