On Tuesday, the Parliament will consider changes to the law on depository system of Ukraine, head of the NBU board Ihor Prasolov said at the meeting of the Parliament’s committee on finance, banking, tax and customs policy, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Otherwise we will not be able to conduct the second stage of emission of national treasury bills," the MP said.
He added that the issue relates to the certificated form of securities.
"The adoption of the bill will promote the efficiency of the relevant rules and the creation of clear mechanisms for issue of treasury bills in the future," Prasolov concluded.
