Ukraine has exported 5.2 million tons of grain, minister of agrarian policy and food Mykola Prysyazhnyuk told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"This is by 40% more than during the same period of the last year. The pricing policy in the world markets has grown, and it is a positive aspect for us, because we managed to minimize the losses due to the increase in prices," he said.
Prysyazhnyuk also said that in November, a conciliatory meeting will be held to take a decision on future grain exports. He stressed that this decision will be made taking into account the food needs of Ukraine.
