High turnout in the election to the Verkhovna Rada can prevent against massive electoral fraud, deputy head of the Central Election Commission Andriy Mahera said on the air of Channel 5.
Responding a question what can prevent fraud, he said: "You have to go to the election, not to sit at home watching television or surfing Facebook".
"Civil society should be active and conscious, and realize that they live in this country, their children and grandchildren live and will live. People should be responsible," Mahera said.
