Ukraine has established a system for monitoring and responding to violations recorded during the electoral process, President Viktor Yanukovych told journalists in Kyiv region, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, if the relevant facts are found, all necessary steps from administrative fines and considering of issues by the Central Election Commission to court proceedings will be taken.
Yanukovych stressed that the government adopted not only a new law, but also amended the existing law.
