"Earlier, before opening a low risk company, the employer came to the SES and received permission. Now, after the Cabinet issued the decree, declarative principle is introduced, that is, an entrepreneur who wants to set up, for example, a shop selling sewing machines, simply notifies the SPP of his intention. If the SES does not respond, the employer can still start working," he said.
In addition, Kravchuk said that the SES proposes to introduce the declarative principle for a medium risk companies.
The only thing for whom this innovation is not allowed are the objects with a high degree of risk, including schools, hospitals, etc.," he said
It is the SES commission, who determines the level of risk of each single company.
