Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov demands to complete preparation of the country for the autumn-winter period as soon as possible, he said during the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Ukrainian forecasters were right in their predictions. The real autumn has come to Ukraine. The Emergencies Ministry has already announced several storm warnings throughout the country. We should be ready by 100%," Azarov said.
According to him, the average temperature dropped to 8 degrees in seven regions.
"The government has started connecting heating in hospitals, clinics, kindergartens and schools. These objects must get heating on time and in full amount," Azarov stressed.
