Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych signed the law on amendments to the law of Ukraine on banks and banking on the state land bank, the President’s press service informs.
According to the law, the Cabinet has the right to form the charter capital of the state's land bank through cash contributions and contributions in the form of land plots.
In addition, the National Bank of Ukraine determines the peculiarities of issuing banking licenses to the state land bank, regulation and supervision of the state land bank taking into account its specific activity.
