A man who shot four guards in the Karavan shopping mall was psychologically ready to kill, interior minister of Ukraine Vitaliy Zakharchenko told reporters.
"The moral and psychological state of a man proves that he was ready to start shooting ... The man was morally ready to do it," the minister noted.
According to him, specialists of the Interior Ministry are investigating what might have caused such psychological state of the killer.
Zakharchenko also added that during the investigation, they found out that the man had the equipment for manufacture of ammunition.
