The Prime Minister is confident that "Karavan’s shooter" will soon be found.

"Law enforcement agencies are now working very hard. He will be found one hundred percent, no matter where he is hiding now. Those who help him will be punished and brought to justice," Mykola Azarov said at a hot line in "Komsomolskaya Pravda in Ukraine" newspaper, the Cabinet’s press service informs.

Azarov called crime in "Karavan" as high crime and a criminal as "boxer scumbag", adding that those who help him hide, put themselves in a very unenviable situation.

"Localization and isolation - is the task that the President and government have put before the Interior Ministry and all the internal organs, so that sooner or later, probably sooner, the offender is found and punished," he said.

Azarov also said that the case in "Karavan" has revealed a number of problems in our lives that need to be addressed.
