The Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the SHER Technologies, LLC company signed the memorandum of cooperation within III International Black Sea Economic Forum, the Council of Ministers of Crimea press service informs.

The document was signed by chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Anatoly Mohyliov and President of the SHER Technologies, LLC company Rogin Matti. According to the memorandum, the parties intend to cooperate and implement joint projects in the field of environmental protection, improve the environmental safety, disposal of solid waste from the production of the alternative energy sources as well as in industry, energy sector fields, etc.

The U.S. party shall attract financial and capital investments in construction and reconstruction of facilities in Crimea and carry out activities for the construction of plants to recycle and convert waste into energy in Simferopol and Kerch.

The Council of Ministers will provide the U.S. business partners with assistance in accordance with the law and within the limits of their authority.
