First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Valery Khoroshkovsky opened the III International Black Sea Economic Forum held in Yalta on October 4-5 of 2012, the press service of the first vice Prime Minister reports.

The Forum is a platform for the discussion of investment and economic characteristics of the Black Sea countries and the development of new formats of the partnership. This year, the event attracted more than 200 representatives from government, business and expert communities and international organizations.

In his speech, the first deputy Prime Minister considered strengthening of the legal protection of business, implementation of the judicial and tax reforms and improvement of the executive service to be the priority steps for the economic development of Ukraine

According to Khoroshkovsky, Ukraine's efforts to improve the business climate will have a positive impact on the Black Sea region as a whole.
