Ukraine and Russia will sign the agreement on the taxation of supplies for the Black Sea Fleet, ambassador of Ukraine to the Russian Federation Volodymyr Yelchenko told the press club meeting at the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.

According to him, Russia in the process of preparation of the document suggests that the agreement should provide for the tax exemption for the import of certain goods and technique to equip the BSF. "The Ukrainian party is negotiating within the framework of the Constitution, noting the need to pay taxes," the ambassador said.

In addition, he said that the parties will sign an agreement on the new rules of movement and location of the Black Sea Fleet facilities. "Over the last two years, Ukraine and Russia signed the agreement on cooperation to prevent and combat natural disasters in Crimea. Soon the agreement on the regime of the Black Sea Fleet and the order of movement outside the areas of dislocation will be signed," he said.

According to him, negotiation process concerning re-equipment BSF continues.
