99.9% of the housing stock and 100% of Ukraine's social and cultural institutions are ready for the heating season, first deputy regional development, housing and communal services minister Oleksandr Alipov said during conference call, ForUm correspondent reports.
He also said that 97% of the road systems are ready for the heating season.
However, he said that debt for natural gas remains unpaid before the heating season.
"Energy debt is 11 billion UAH. The largest debts are owed by Kharkiv region - 2.7 billion UAH, Lugansk region - 2.6 billion UAH, Donetsk region- 2.1 billion UAH, Dnipropetrovsk region - 1.6 billion UAH and Kyiv region - 4.2 billion UAH.
