The EU-Ukraine summit will be held, representative of Ukraine to the EU Kostyantyn Yeliseev said during the eleventh meeting of the heads of foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The summit is a dialogue of the highest political level, which is held annually. To avoid all speculation, I want to stress that the summit will be held under any circumstances. This is the first. Second - technical clarification of the event specific terms is going on now," the diplomat said.
He noted that the preparations for the summit began in December last year after the completion of the 15th summit and said that the position on the need of the summit holding is shared by the European party.
