In Ukraine, despite the abolition of the moratorium on land sale, the land market will not start working from January 1, 2013, minister of agrarian policy and food Mykola Prysyazhnyuk told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I believe that the bill "On land market" that is ready for the second reading has no right to be considered in the Parliament," Prysyazhnyuk said.
According to him, the abolition of the land sale moratorium does not start selling of the land.
