Parliament will not return to the consideration of the draft law on organization and conduct of peaceful assemblies during the next sessions, Parliament’s speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

"Its destiny is not defined yet. This question is not considered, because there are certain doubts. Some NGOs demand consideration of this issue and some demand not to consider it," Lytvyn said.
According to him, this bill can be sent to the Venice Commission to calm the public organizations.

"And after the conclusion of the Venice Commission, and I am sure that it will be positive, there is no logic to protest," Lytvyn said.
