The State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine intends to raise the question of whether there is a need for Ukrainian former PM Yulia Tymoshenko's further stay in Central Clinical Hospital No. 5 in Kharkiv.
This issue will be raised at the meeting of the medical commission, which has been involved in Tymoshenko's rehabilitation for five months already.
"In view of the convict's illegitimate behavior and violations of the security regime by her defense lawyer and fellow party members, and taking account the significant increase in the convict's motion activity, the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine is preparing an official request to the medical commission for a statement on whether the further treatment of Tymoshenko in the hospital is necessary or unnecessary," the statement of the Penitentiary Service says.
