The Central Election Commission (CEC) announced warning to the Liashko’s Radical Party for violating election laws during the campaign. This decision, as ForUm correspondent reports, was taken at the CEC meeting on September 29.

As the rapporteur on the issue, the CEC member Tamara Astakhova informed, the warning was announced following the decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, which acknowledged the violation of the law.

In particular, the court recognized as violation the carrying out of the party’s campaign involving campaign leaflets, which did not contain the output data on the customer, the print run and the source of funding of the printing products.
