Museum of Sewerage opens in Kyiv

On October 4, the Kyivvodocanal public utility will open the first Museum of Sewerage in Ukraine, the press service of the company informs.

The museum is to tell more than a century history of the sewerage system of the city from 1879 to the present day.

Museum exhibition is to present numerous showpieces of Kyiv sewage utilities: modern and old pipes, in particular a wooden one, which is about 200 years old, collectors sample, valves and pumps, hatches of different periods and models of pumping stations and machinery, as well as various tools for communications cleaning.
