Interior minister of Ukraine Vitaliy Zakharchenko instructed the traffic police officials to monitor the situation with illegal racing.
"I instruct the acting deputy chief of the traffic police to check these issues. Indeed, if there are illegal race somewhere, in any city, Kyiv including, you need to pay attention and give suggestions on this issue," the minister told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
