Interior Ministry will initiate an issue on the qualified training of guards, interior minister Vitaliy Zakharchenko told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We need to hold talks about the training of guards and the development of legal rules governing their work, and the guard should know what to do in the case of any unforeseen situation," he said.
Zakharchenko noted that as of today, there are issues to improve the standards of legal base. First of all, it relates to the correspondence of regulations with opportunities.
