Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov rules out adoption of the state budget for 2013 by the Parliament of current convocation.
"We hold a constructive dialogue with the Parliament. It will work only two days before the elections. It is not possible that the Parliament will be able to consider the budget during two days. And I completely understand position of the Verkhovna Rada," he told journalists in Poltava.
According to the Prime Minister, the Parliament will improve the position of social protection of the population and will adopt all necessary laws
