Stavniychuk not believe libel law to be adopted

Advisor to the President, head of the main department of the Presidential Administration on constitutional and legal modernization Maryna Stavniychuk rules out the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of the bill, which provides for the criminal liability for defamation, she said before the Constitutional Assembly meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.

"The adoption of this law has no prospects in the current situation," she noted.
