Prime Minister Mykola Azarov hopes that Ukraine and Russia will agree on mutual vehicle recycling tax exemption.
"We are negotiating and trying to agree on a vehicle recycling tax exemption. I hope that we will reach an agreement finally," Azarov said on Thursday in interview with Ukrainian channels, the cabinet’s press service reports.
