From the beginning of 2012, public debts for communal services increased to 8.978.6 milion UAH, director of project management and energy efficiency in the field of life-support systems department Stanislav Zakharov said at the board of the Housing, Regional Development and Construction Ministry, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to the official, 52% of this debt, 4.6 billion UAH, is for heat energy. In addition, 24% or 2.2 billion UAH debt are in the water and sanitation sector, and 23% (2 billion UAH) - the debts on housing.
