Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych believes that the opening of the Memorial for Polish and Ukrainian victims at the National Historical Memorial Reserve "Bykovnya graves" is a significant event in the context of establishing of the historical truth and commemoration of the victims of totalitarianism, he told journalists after the Ukrainian-Polish negotiations, ForUm correspondent reported.
The Ukrainian President added that on September 21, he together with Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski will attend the opening ceremony of this memorial.
