Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said that only the court will give answers to the question of guilt or innocence of the former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and wished her a speedy recovery to be able to participate in the proceedings.
In turn, Komorowski said that more than once in conversation with Yanukovych he "expressed his concern, which relates to some of the barriers."
At the same time, he added that Ukraine has "determination to conduct reforms," in particular, reform of courts, prosecutors and law. "It is worth to emphasize that these reforms are consistent with the principles of the Venice Commission and it is symbolic," he stressed.
Komorowski also said that tomorrow the first Prime Minister of independent Poland Tadeusz Mazowiecki, the member of the Polish delegation arrived to Ukraine, will meet with Tymoshenko. He thanked Yanukovych for this opportunity.
