Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn believes that the law on increasing of responsibility for the attack upon honor, dignity and business reputation of people will not be accepted.
According to the press service of the Verkhovna Rada, during a meeting with the pre-election mission of the Interim Committee of the PACE for Election Observation in Ukraine on October 28, 2012, Lytvyn expressed his view that the adoption of such law is not important now, because there is "almost no border between libel and criticism."
