First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Valeriy Khoroshkovsky considers the introduction of the law on criminal libel to be premature.
According to him, Ukraine can not take such a strict law, as the country has no confidence in the courts.
"This is my personal opinion. I believe that as of today, it is just too early and maybe unacceptable in such way," the official stressed.
