Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych instructed the heads of local governments to respond to the problems of the local residents.
"People are equal, and want to live in equal conditions – either they live in villages or in towns. When we talk about healthcare, it must be on the same level as in the city. When we talk about education, about children – it must be of equal quality. Thank God, we are going to complete the School Bus program. A few areas with insufficient number of buses are left and we will resolve that problem in the near future," President said at the meeting of the Council of Regions, ForUm correspondent reports.
He also praised the government's policy for improving the purchasing prices of milk.
