President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych chairs the meeting of the Council of Regions.
According to the President’s press service, there are two issues on the agenda: transparency and openness of the electoral process, the implementation of the constitutional rights of citizens during the regular parliamentary election and the tasks of the central and local authorities to ensure the socio-economic development of rural areas.
