Ukrainians living abroad will not be able to vote at home at the parliamentary elections, deputy chairman of the CEC Andriy Mahera told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to him, the protocol of election commissions will have three columns.

"The first column is a number of voters included in the voter lists, the second - a number of voters who took part in the voting at the polling station and the third - the voters who took part in the voting at the place of residence. More often, this happens at home," Mahera said.

According to him, such protocol will be everywhere, except for foreign polling stations.

Parliamentary elections in Ukraine are scheduled for October 28.
