The government will finalize the draft budget 2013, taking into account the gas price and the dollar rate, as without these figures it is impossible to calculate such a project, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov said at the Conciliation Board meeting in the Verkhovna

"Of course, it is important to calculate the budget of the country with reference to the dollar rate and consider the gas price. We cannot calculate a budget, not having the basic price in these areas, because every energy source is seriously connected with the gas component. Therefore, the government will take this into account".
According to him, the current draft budget cannot be called high-quality or low-quality one.
"The government conducts its policy in many areas. In the areas it can negotiate and the situation may change, these options for today are frozen, but still taken into account not to stir up public opinion," Yefremov said.
