Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn returned the draft budget 2013 to the Cabinet for renewal, he said during conciliation board, ForUm correspondent reports.
"It is fully impossible to take into account all the proposals of the Cabinet of Ministers," Lytvyn said, noting that the budget was submitted to the Parliament’s committee on budget policy on September 14.
"The proposals of the President of Ukraine should be taken into account. In addition, according to the law, the draft budget shall not incorporate proposals on the bills, which must be passed in the Parliament," the speaker said.
He also stressed that the Cabinet was asked to provide additional documentation in the form of socio-economic development program and information about the status of this year's budget execution. "I must say that there (in the draft budget. - Ed.) is a number of excellent social. In particular, it provides for the salary increase for doctors," Lytvyn said.
