The Cabinet of Ministers introduced a bill "On the state budget of Ukraine for 2013" in the Verkhovna Rada in due time, the first vice Prime Minister Valeriy Khoroshkovsky told journalists on the sidelines of the 9th annual meeting of the Yalta European Strategy.
"We have submitted a budget within the constitutional deadline (until September 15. - Ed), but it will certainly require some amendments," the first deputy Prime Minister said.
Talking about the evaluation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by experts, Khoroshkovsky said that they saw the "macroeconomic framework", but they agreed not with everything in this document, in particular, with a deficit.
At the same time, the bill text has not been yet available on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.
