On September 20-21, observer delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will visit Ukraine, the press service of the Council of Europe reported.
The delegation led by Swiss MP Andreas Gross is planning to hold a meeting with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, Verkhovna Rada chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn, heads of the Central Electoral Commission and the Constitutional Court, as well as with representatives of civil society, journalists and diplomats.
The delegation will include seven members of the PACE.
The full delegation of 40 members of the PACE will be involved in monitoring of the voting process on the Election Day, October 28.
