The Cabinet of Ministers intends to offer the Parliament to allocate one billion UAH to reduce the costs of housing loans in 2013, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said at the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
The corresponding figures were spelled out in the draft state budget 2013.
According to Azarov, thus, the Cabinet of Ministers will respond to those who still have doubts about whether to take part in the program, in which the state reduces the loan payment to 3% for 15 years.
Azarov finds realistic financing the purchase of 100 thousand apartments per year at a discounted mortgage.
