Ukraine does not speculate on the financing of the Council of Europe, FM spokesman Oleksandr Dikusarov told a briefing.
"The total budget of the Council of Europe for Ukraine amounted to about 23 million euro for 2011-2014. And it consists of the financing of the CE, the EU support and contributions from the donor countries. The Council of Europe is a manager of the funds," Dikusarov said.
He stressed that "all statements that Ukraine spent money somehow wrong are not approved."
The FM spokesman reminded that office of the Council of Europe works in Ukraine many years controlling the allocation of funds.
