Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has once again refused to participate in the hearing of the UESU case, which is to be held in Kharkiv on September 11.
According to the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine press office, the management of Kachanivska colony № 54 received the application from the Kyivsky district court of Kharkiv on calling Tymoshenko for participation in the trial, which is scheduled for 10 a.m. on September 11. The convict was informed of the receipt of the request.
In response, Tymoshenko informed the management of her refusal to participate in the hearing.
"The convict refuses to attend the hearing Kyivsky district court of Kharkiv eighth time in a row already," the official statement says.
