Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych launched the supply of industrial gases from the self-elevating floating drilling rig "Petro Hodovanets" in Odesa field and from the exploration well bore in Poltava region, the press service of the head of the state reported adding that the launch took place at a video conference from the central control center Ukrtransgas in Kyiv.
The President was shown the activities and plans of "Chornomorneftegas" for the development of shelf of the Black and Azov Seas. Chairman of the board "Naftogaz of Ukraine" Yevhen Bakulin, in particular, reported on the preparations for commercial launch of gas from Odesa field and priorities of the gas production in shelf of the Black and Azov Seas.
Yanukovych also reported on the construction of the exploration well bore of the board "Naftogaz of Ukraine" in Poltava region. He told about resources and production prospects at this well bore.
