
Head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration Valentyn Khoptyan handed teachers the keys to 32 school buses purchased at the state expense.
According to the press service of the Ternopil Regional State Administration, the specialized vehicles were transferred to the needs of educational institutions of districts.
"The authorities of the region will continue to work hard to ensure all children in Ternopil regardless of place where they live with access to education," Khoptyan said.
In addition, the head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration said that this year the region will get several new school buses.
From 2004, the government has bought 73 school buses for schools of the region including 11 in 2011 and 32 in 2012.
