A key task of the Parliament for the next session, which begins on September 4, is the adoption of the State Budget of Ukraine 2013, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn said in an interview.
"The current convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine shall adopt the budget 2013, as the new convocation will meet on December 17 and, you know perfectly well, will fail to adopt the budget in time," the speaker said.
According to him, the state, more than ever, needs the development budget, which priority areas will be education and health.
