The Council of Ministers of Crimea agreed upon the creation of the United Control Center to control the movement of road passenger transport, ForUm learned from the ARC Council of Ministers press service.

The relevant draft regulation was approved at the meeting of the Crimean government on August 26.

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Crimea Anatoly Mohyliov noted that the establishment of such a center will allow monitoring the movement of road passenger transport.
 
"The control center is a modern European practice. Buses must be equipped with navigation systems, through which traffic will be controlled by the control centers. Thus, the route will be in strict accordance with their routes,"- the head of the Crimean government said.

Mohyliov added that the introduction of such a system will improve the safety of passenger transportation in Crimea and optimize the cost of carriers.
