Elections to the Kyiv council will be held no later than spring of 2013, chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov said during the Kyiv city pedagogical conference "The first step to the school of future," ForUm correspondent reported.
"The elections will be held no later than spring of the next year. It is time to reelect the deputies," Popov noted.
The KCSA head also stressed that the representatives of education should participate actively in the electoral process to be able to represent the interests of their field.
