State enterprises must not have salary arrears, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said at a session of the Cabinet of Ministers on August 29, 2012, the government website reported.
"I warn all heads of ministries and departments that non-payment of wages is a crime against the people," Azarov stressed reminding on the criminal liability for overdue salaries.
The Prime Minister asked the General Prosecutor Office "to do everything that the responsibility uinder this article to be inevitable."
The Prime Minister also warned the finance minister on the personal responsibility for the timely funding of the state order.
