Deputy head of the Central Election Commission Andriy Magera states that the preparation level of members of district electoral commissions is low, but hope that after New Year the situation will change.

"I'd like members of district electoral commissions to be more professional. At this point, the members do not have either working experience or even life experience. They simply do not know how to behave in this or that situation," Magera told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

Magera informed that starting from 2013 members of district electoral commissions would be obliged to attend professional trainings. "Starting from the next year candidates for district electoral commissions, submitted by political parties, will have to attend special training courses, so that the next elections we do not observe such lack of professionalism," the official said.
