In July, the average wage increased by 1.3% or by 42 UAH up to 3151 UAH per month compared to June, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine reported.
The highest level of wages was registered in Kyiv, where the average wage amounted to 4.700 hryvnia per month.
The lowest level of wages was recorded in Ternopil region, where the average wage numbered 2.205 hryvnia per month.
In order to improve the information, from 2010, the State Statistics Service has started to use a combined approach to the collection of information on the labor market, according to which enterprises with 50 employees and more are investigated in full and with a number of employees from 10 to 49 - selectively.
At the same time, enterprises with 10 employees and less are not examined every month.
As a reminder, in June, the average wage increased compared to May by 3.1% or by 94 UAH up to 3109 hryvnia per month.
