In Ukraine, all comprehensive schools are Ukrainian ones, deputy education and science, youth and sports minister of Ukraine Borys Zhebrovsky said during the round table on the topic: "Ukraine-Russia: open dialogue," ForUm correspondent reports.
"All the schools in Ukraine are Ukrainian ones. There are only different languages of teaching. The official language in Ukraine is one – Ukrainian. If some country, government or a Ministry is interested in the development of its language in our territory, it will do everything to make this happen and we'll help in this," e said.
According to him, Russia takes a number of steps for the development of the Russian language in Ukraine. "How can we oppose this? We will support every country in this issue. Our Russian colleagues show a very concrete example," Zhebrovsky said.
