The Kyiv Administrative Appeal Court dismissed the complaint, filed by one of the MP candidates on the oath-breaking by the deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission Andriy Mahera.
"The court considered the complaint and dismissed the claims," Mahera told the journalists.
